My AC unit died after 24 years.  I reached out to six Heating/AC providers for quotes for a full replacement.  Petes bin for the replacement was significantly lower than all other estimates which ranged from 15k to 20k.  Additionally Pete was the only one that talked to me about replacing my vents that the old vents inhibited my air flow.  He included the costs and installation of the vents in his price.  He also included a new thermostat which for many of the other estimates was an add on item.  Pete and his associate were professional, made a point to explain things, they cleaned up each day before leaving.  ON a personal note speaking to him man to man I found him to be of good character.  No up front payment, no prepayment service plans just pay him when the work is complete and you are satisfied.  What more can you ask for. Our business was left high and dry by our old AC provider. One of properties had a leak from the AC unit. Pete not only came the same day but was able to find the problem fix it and not try and charge for excess that was not necessary. He will not be our new AC service provider and we could not be happier. And the fact he is a veteran is the icing on the cake! The is a class act company. Highly recommend Pete and his team!!!
